Level 1: Executive Search
This is a “no fill, no fee” service appropriate for clients seeking to fill mid- or senior-level positions requiring an intensive search approach.

Our consultants will work closely with you to:

  • Gather information to create a detailed job specification

  • Conduct a search of our candidate database to find suitably qualified candidates and present candidates to the client

  • In the event that no suitable matches are found in the current database the Independent Maritime Consulting recruiter will confidentially make contact with talented people in the industry who may not be looking to move from their current organization

  • Our dedicated recruiter then works on your behalf to present your opportunity in the best possible light for consideration by the most talented and sought after industry professionals with the goals of getting them to consider a career move based on the opportunities presented

  • On request, conduct a pre-hire skills/job fit assessment (subject to additional fee)

  • Present the most qualified applicants to client

  • In compliance with our core value of integrity, please note that we may not be able to offer this service if it conflicts with the interests of our established clients

Our consultants will work closely with you to:

  • Gather information to create a detailed job specification

  • Conduct a search of our candidate database to find suitably qualified candidates and present candidates to the client

  • In the event that no suitable matches are found in the current database the Independent Maritime Consulting recruiter will conduct an extensive search using other networking tools and systems

  • Match qualified applicants with job specification

  • On request, conduct a pre-hire skills/job fit assessment (subject to additional fee)

  • Present most qualified applicants to client

Our consultants will work closely with you to:

  • Review and refine a detailed job specification provided by the client

  • Design a strategy for advertising the position

  • Manage placement of the advertising

  • Collect and review applicant details

  • Match qualified applicants with job specification

  • On request, conduct a pre-hire skills/job fit assessment (subject to additional fee)

  • Present most qualified applicants to client
